Shipping, Delivery & Returns
Shipping
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Orders that are in stock are generally shipped within 24 hours, provided they are placed on working days.
After shipping, you will receive a Track & Trace link by email, so you can easily follow your order all the way to your front door.
Please note: The delivery status in Track & Trace is not always real-time. It may happen that the status shows "delivered" while the package actually arrives a little later. This is beyond our control and depends on the carrier. Please always contact the relevant carrier first.
Delivery times
- Netherlands: 1-2 working days after shipping
- Other EU countries: depending on the destination, an average of 2-7 working days
Please allow for possible delays during public holidays or busy periods.
Shipping costs
- €5.99 for the Netherlands. Free shipping on orders from €75 within the Netherlands.
- €6.99 for Belgium. Free shipping on orders from €75 within Belgium.
- €7.99 for Germany. Free shipping on orders from €99 within Germany.
- €11,49 for France. Free shipping on orders from €99 within France.
Returns Not satisfied with your order? You can return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the products are unused, undamaged and in their original unopened packaging. Please send an email to retour@littlemaryam.com with your name, address and order number. You will receive a confirmation once your return has been registered. Return requests outside the 14-day period will not be processed.
As these are baby food products, items whose seal has been broken cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. This is in accordance with the legal exception to the right of withdrawal for food products.
Return shipping costs are at your own expense. After receipt and inspection of your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days to the account used for payment.
- Please note when returning glass jars: You are responsible for carefully packaging the glass jars when returning them. Please make sure the jars are well packed to prevent damage during transport. Little Maryam cannot be held liable for damage that occurs during return shipping due to insufficient packaging. Damaged returns cannot be refunded.
- Received a damaged or incorrect product? If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at retour@littlemaryam.com with a photo of the product and your order number. We will resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
- Right of withdrawal Would you like to exercise your right of withdrawal? Send us an email at retour@littlemaryam.com. You may also use the model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. The form can be found at the bottom of the website.
